Pregnant? No problem!
At The Pilates Place we are equipped to help you through every stage of your pregnancy. Whether you are prenatal or postpartum, pilates can help you strengthen your core muscles, improve flexibility, and relieve back pain. Our instructors are trained to provide modifications and support to ensure a safe and effective workout tailored to your individual needs during this special time in your life.
First Trimester:
You are welcome to join any class. Please inform your instructor you are expecting.
Second Trimester Onwards:
We would be happy to have you join us in private sessions. Making the switch to private sessions will benefit both you and your baby by giving you individualized attention and adjustments as your body changes. Throughout your pregnancy, our instructors will collaborate with you to design a safe and efficient exercise program that suits your individual needs and objectives. Post pregnancy:
Welcome to join any class. If you are recently postpartum please let your instructor know.
